Every row is a signed Ledger document archived by the cashier — this page only renders; it owns nothing. Accounts are pay-to-URI: any nostr account gains its own deposit address, derived client-side. The book must reconcile to the chain to the sat: on-chain coins at the cashier's addresses = the sum of every balance. Testnet4, proof of concept.
